We know that now more than ever, customers are expecting fast and affordable delivery. However, due to COVID-19, many carriers have temporarily changed their shipping services and policies. Shipping delays should be expected due to canceled flights, governmental decisions, and staff reductions.

Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing delays and sadly will not be able to accommodate special requests such as ‘not including packing slip’, or ‘Happy Birthday notes’.

Please be aware that all orders placed on our website will include a packing slip with product listing and amount paid. Please expect to receive an update on arrival date, within 5-7 business days of purchased date. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following week.
