This doll looks beautiful but the headpiece I wish was stitched on all around instead only by a thread … for the price the doll overall lacks quality

The cape is held on by a thread. I don’t know if it’s like that because it’s meant to take off completely but I would prefer that it was stitched securely onto the head as it’s meant to be worn. Also the neck is very wobbly so her head is never held up right. Her head is always flopping backward like a broken neck. For the price of the doll I’d prefer it made better.

I bought this for a Christmas gift for a friend, but I fell in love with her. I had to also buy one for my self. My mom took her to have her Blessed. She was so touched by the priest reaction. He carried her like a baby and caressed her, expressed how Beautiful she was. This doll was made with the most tender face. Beautiful mantel & sparkly dress. She is just beyond Gorgeous! I have her in my 4 yr old son bedroom, He calls her Lupe, Jesus Mommy.

I purchased this doll for my daughter when it was first released. I believe that was over two years ago now. My daughter has slept with her virgen every single night since. If we leave town, plane or car, it doesn't matter: virgen comes with. I've never seen a doll so loved and believed to be so magical and a safety net. That alone makes me give this 5 stars. It really is just a beautiful doll as well. However, I will say the cloak does get in the way and isn't secured to the head very well. It was probably just under a year before it came apart completely and I had to use my very limited sewing skills to fasten it on better than before. That lasted about a year and it's now hanging by a single thread and will need mending again. I also recognize that as loved on as the doll has been, it's a minor inconvenience. Though I'd humbly recommend the manufacturers tending to this issue if that's a possibility with future production. As of now, I will be purchasing one for my best friend's daughter in the hopes her little one adores it as much as my girl, and that the doll makes her feel so very safe at night in her bed.
I would recommend this doll to everyone, cloak issue and all :)

They absolutely loved them.
Beautifully made. I loved them.
I just may buy another for my granddaughter.
